We're a group of folk broadly interested in the application of data science and sustainability, discussing questions like: what data feeds can improve supply chain sustainability? what algorithms should be applied to water conservation? what challenges of scale lie behind automated energy efficiency? what can be learnt from quantitative finance, search, and other related fields? We meet on the first Thursday of every month at EcoFactor's offices in Redwood City.

We practice the 400-year-old art and science of British-style Change Ringing, on handbells. Although rare in the US, it is very common in the tower bells in churches and cathedrals in England.  We would ring in tower, but the closest tower that provides this style of ringing is in Seattle.
